Would you like to join our 100 Club?
This is a simple way to help PIG on a regular
basis and you may be lucky in our monthly draw and win:

Each entry costs £2 per month, membership being
on an annual basis.

surgery for membership forms.
CO-OP COMMUNITY CARD
Please help us to help you
If you shop at the Co-op, please take a (free)
Community Card from the Surgery waiting room. Present it at
the till when you pay for your shopping. The Co-op will
donate 1.5% of the cost of your shopping to the Patient
Involvement Group, at no cost to you.

Funds of the Patient Involvement Group are
used to defray the cost of organising Health Awareness
Sessions (which are usually free of charge) and to buy
medical equipment not usually provided by the NHS for the
benefit of Danbury and Bicnacre Surgeri |
