The Strategic Health Authority has ratified the decision made by the Mid-Essex P.C.T. regarding the re-imbursement of the rent and rates for the new D.M.C. premises. The revised internal layout plans as agreed by the surgery, the architect and the P.C.T. are now with a developer.
